MICRONEEDLING

Microneedling, or collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation procedure that involves the use of a device that contains fine needles. These needles are used to puncture the skin at various depths to create a controlled skin injury. Each puncture creates a channel that stimulates collagen restructuring.

MICRONEEDLING with PRP

When Microneedling is combined with Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) it stimulates tissue regeneration and promotes collagen growth. PRP is created from a person’s own blood, and is a concentrated blend of plasma cells and specific growth factors. Microneedling with PRP has many benefits, including:

Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) is an advanced form of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) that is used to treat hair loss. PRF contains platelets, white blood cells, fibrin and stem cells. Platelets in our blood contain proteins, or growth factors, that increase collagen production, regenerate tissue, tighten skin, rejuvenate texture of the skin, and improve hair regrowth. White blood cells aid in tissue regeneration, and fibrin acts as a scaffolding on which the growth factors attach to allow a longer release of their growth factors. Stem cells are undifferentiated cells that can turn into specialized cells or become more stem cells. They act as a repair system for the body to replenish adult tissues.
