Appointment Policy

It is imperative that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointments. If you are running late, please notify the front desk in advance by calling 509-443-4622. We will do our best to accommodate the delay but if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment start-time, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge a cancellation/no-show fee. See cancellation/no-show policy below.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

At Odara we have a 48 hour cancellation/no-show policy for all of our services. Any cancellation/no-show within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment time will have a fee of $100 automatically charged to the credit card on file. After 3 cancellation policy violations, clients will be required to pre-pay in full for all services going forward.

Please note that by scheduling an appointment at Odara Medical Spa, you are automatically enrolling and agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy. We appreciate your understanding and respecting our providers valuable time.

Pre-Booking Policy

Our providers are scheduled out weeks to months in advance at a time. Therefore, we highly recommend that you pre-book your next appointment(s) during check out. If you are scheduling a series of treatments, please feel free to pre-book for the entire series. We do offer a waitlist but can’t make any guarantees.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business we do not offer refunds on any products purchased (in-store or online) or services rendered. In addition, we do not offer refunds on any online or physical gift card purchases. If a product is defective, contact the office for further information.

Children Policy

We love kiddos! However, we kindly ask that you please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. This policy is to ensure the safety of your children as well as respect the privacy and relaxation for other clients in the spa.

Animal Policy

Since we are a healthcare facility and conscious of potential allergens, our medical spa is limited to service animals only. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
