Noel grew up in Spokane, WA and went to Eastern Washington University to study Biology. Noel graduated from the University of Washington’s MEDEX Northwest Program in 2023 as a Board Certified Physician Assistant. She currently works as a Trauma Surgery PA-C at Sacred Heart. Noel and Jaime have known each other for over 10 years and they are thrilled to bring the highest standard of care to Odara. In her free time, you can find Noel traveling all over the world with her fiance.

Shyane Stelzer, LME
LICENSED MASTER ESTHETICIAN
Shyane received her Master Esthetics License from Glen Dow Academy in 2017. She is also a certified Laser Technician. Prior to joining Odara, she owned her own business specializing in facials, chemical peels, waxing and lashes. As an LME, Shy is driven to keep her knowledge and aesthetic skills at the highest level and is always learning. Shyane and her husband Brandon are both born-and-raised in Spokane where they have continued to grow their family. They love weekends at the river spent hiking and paddleboarding with their big family.

Josie Jennings
AESTHETIC ASSISTANT
Josie was born and raised in Spokane Valley, WA. She has a passion for healthcare and has spent the last two years working as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a local care facility. Josie always has a book in her hand or tickets to a concert when she isn’t studying for school! She is excited to join the Odara Medical Spa team and looks forward to meeting all of our clients while working closely with the providers!

Irina Kharchenko
SPA MANAGER
Irina is originally from Colville, WA and spent many years living abroad in Europe and New York before settling in Spokane with her three beautiful children. She initially entered into the spa industry before transitioning into medical aesthetics at Odara. As Spa Manager you can find Irina balancing all of the providers schedules and running the front desk, while offering expert skincare and beauty advice. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her children and being outdoors - but only if there is a glass of chilled rose in hand!

Shelby graduated from Gonzaga University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. After 6 years as a medical scribe in the emergency department (where she met Jaime and her husband, Ian) she transitioned into medical aesthetics. Shelby has been at Odara for the last 2 years where you can find her rooming patients, assisting in aesthetic procedures and helping out at the front desk. In her free-time, she is the ultimate dog mom to the two sweetest Golden Retrievers, Lilo and June. When not playing fetch or solving the daily Wordle, Shelby and her husband enjoy being foodies and eating their way through Spokane!

Kaila has been a Master Esthetician since 2019, obtained her license from Skin Studio Academy, and holds certifications from Dermaplane Pro and Hydrafacial. For the last three years, Kaila has been living in Japan with her husband and four boys, and is grateful to have had the opportunity to experience living in another culture. She is eager to see what God has in store for their next season of life. Kaila desires result-driven treatments, is committed to best practices, and is dedicated to continued education. She feels honored to work alongside such talented individuals and to pursue her passion for helping you achieve your optimal skin-health goals!

Brittany was born and raised in Spokane and completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing through both Whitworth University and WSU. After graduating magna cum laude, she spent her time as a nurse in emergency medicine and surgery. Since completing her graduate studies at Gonzaga University for a Master’s of Science in Nursing, she has exclusively practiced in facial plastic surgery & aesthetics and has been board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has a passion for life-long learning and strives to create a safe and comfortable environment to build relationships and confidence for her patients.

Jaime Crocker, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C
Jaime is a Nurse Practitioner in Spokane, WA. She graduated with her Masters of Science in Nursing Magna Cum Laude in 2005 from Gonzaga University. Jaime also has an undergraduate bachelor degree in Human Biology, and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is certified with the American Academy of Procedural Medicine with an emphasis in ongoing training in wrinkle relaxers and dermal filler injections. Having more than 18 years of diverse experience including Emergency Medicine and Family Practice, Jaime opened Odara Medical Spa in 2018 where it has grown into one of the top medical spas in Spokane.
